Checklist:
The following checklist is a guide to the information we require to successfully and efficiently list your business,  further ensuring its full potential is realised.

• A photocopy of the current lease on your premises.
• An inventory of all Plant & Equipment to be included in any sale.
• A list of all Plant on loan/hire, which will NOT be included in the sale BUT may be transferred.
• Photocopy of your liquor licence.
• Photocopy of your Brisbane City Council (or other) licence.
• Photocopy of city council pavement dining licence.
• Photocopy of your registered Business Name.
• Year end Profit & Loss Statements - 2007, 2008, 2009.
• Copy of latest balance sheet showing written value of your Plant & Equipment.
• Current trading figures from 1st July 2008 to current.
• Current staff roster.
• List of employees, date of commencement, hourly rate & duties ie chef, manager, wait-staff etc.
• Approx weekly wages / pay for staff.
• Copy of last 4 BAS statements.
• Copy of the last rent invoice.
• Profit & Loss statements for last 6 months.
